Short Track Super Series Invades Accord Speedway Tuesday, July 3

The Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco invades the quarter-mile Accord Speedway on Tuesday, July 3 for Battle of the Bullring 6! STSS Modifieds headline the program running 50 laps for a $5,000 winner’s share, $1,000 for 10th and $400 to take the green flag, Race No. 3 en route to the $12,500 Halmar International North Region championship.
Two-time 2018 series winner Stewart Friesen leads the standings into Accord over Mike Mahaney, Billy Decker, Duane Howard, Rick Laubach, Jerry Higbie, Mike Gular, Ryan Godown, Brian Krummel and Mat Williamson. All of the top-10 – and many more – are expected to attend.
Anthony Perrego is the defending winner of the event and tops the point standings at Accord.
STSS Sportsman ($1,000 to win) and Street Stocks ($350 to win) complete the tripleheader program.
