Drivers’ Meeting: 1:30 p.m. at pit tower (Modified draw will be held approx. 10 minutes prior)
Hot Laps: Immediately Following Drivers’ Meeting (approximately 2 p.m.)
Qualifying: 3 p.m.

Admission: $25 (Adults); $22 (Seniors); and $2 (Kids 12 and under)
Pit Admission:
$35 (no license required)

Modified Car Entry: $15 (prior to March 21) or $20 (after March 22 through race day)
Crate 602 Sportsman Car Entry: $10 (prior to March 21) or $15 (March 22 through race day) 

Camping: Permitted on Orange County Fairgrounds (no hook-ups)

Big-Block/Small-Block Modifieds – 50 laps*, $5,000 to win, $1,000 for 10th, $500 to start

Race No. 1 of the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series Fueled By Sunoco Halmar International North Region

Big-Block (364 cubic inches and up) – minimum 2,500 lbs.
Small-Block (maximum 363 cubic inches – 370 c.i. post-race tolerance) – minimum 2,400 lbs.
Spec-Head Small-Block (OCFS/Leb. Val./PA-NJ-legal), W-16 or CT 525 – minimum 2,350 lbs.
*No all-aluminum ‘built’ small-blocks or ‘small-block engines’ over 450 cubic inches.
*All weights are track-scale pounds; weights are taken post-race, with the driver in the car

Tire Options (must be purpose-build dirt Modified tire – no specialty or Late Model tires):
Right-Rear: American Racer 48 compound or harder (any track/series stamp)
Left-Rear: American Racer 44 compound or harder (any track/series stamp)
Right-Front: American Racer 44 compound or harder (any track/series stamp)
Left-Front: Any American Racer Modified tire (any track/series stamp)

Note: Teams may qualify on Hoosier tires (D400 or harder) but will need at least three American Racer tires on (right-front, left-rear & right-rear) to start the feature event.

Body Rules:
Sail panels are permitted for all weight classifications. Sail panels must be no taller than 65 inches when measured from the ground. Sail panels mirror each other in size and shape side-for-side. The must extend no further forward than the rear of the driver’s seat and no further back than the end of the quarter-panel. Angled spoiler is permitted on the rear of the roof: no taller than four inches.

Heat-race lineups will be determined via a draw for position at the pre-race drivers’ meeting. Top qualifiers will transfer to the redraw; other remaining qualifiers go to the main event.  Consolations, with top finishers transferring, will set the remainder of the 28-car starting field.  Heats and consolations are 8 laps in distance. Two series provisionals, “buy-ins” from 2017 final North Region points, will start 29th and 30th.

Transponders are required at this event.  One-way radios are mandatory. The frequency is 454.000.

Crate 602 Sportsman – 20 laps*, $1,000 to win, $100 to start
*All green-flag laps

Crate 602 Sportsman teams will follow rules and procedures set forth by the Orange County Fair Speedway weekly rule book posted at www.orangecountyfairspeedway.net. Driver eligibility rules are included. Drivers will draw for heat-race starting positions with a redraw of top qualifiers for the main event. A field of 24 cars will start the main event. Heat races and consolations are 8 laps in length.
