Body Rules:
Sail panels are permitted for this event. Sail panels must be no taller than 65 inches when measured from the ground. Sail panels mirror each other in size and shape side-for-side. They must extend no further forward than the rear of the driver’s seat and no further back than the end of the quarter-panel. Angled spoiler is permitted on the rear of the roof: no taller than four inches. All other standard STSS body rules remain in effect.

Qualifying:
Heat-race lineups will be determined via a draw for position at the pre-race drivers’ meeting. Top qualifiers will transfer to the redraw plus the two fastest drivers overall from hot laps unable to make the redraw; other remaining qualifiers go to the main event.  Consolations, with top finishers transferring, will set the remainder of the 24-car base starting field.  Heats and consolations are 10 laps in distance.

Provisionals:
As a combined event, two provisionals will be granted for each region, meaning 28 cars minimum will start the main event. The top-two drivers in North Region and South Region points unable to qualify will be offered the provisionals at $200 (half) green money. If they decline, the offer will be extended further down the standings. As a combined event, there could be additional ‘buy-in’ provisional starters extended for each region.

For general and safety rules, reference the STSS Standard Operating Procedures below.
